Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LetsDance (letsdance.cc), operated by Fluffy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms.

1. What LetsDance does

LetsDance turns a photo of your pet (or yourself) into a short AI-generated dance video based on a dance template you choose. Videos are generated by third-party AI models and delivered in your account.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.

3. Credits and payment

Videos are paid for with credits. One credit generates one video. Credits are sold in packs; prices are shown at checkout in USD and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which also handles invoicing, taxes and refunds under our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.

4. Your content

You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, abusive or sexual content. You keep ownership of your photos and of the videos generated from them; you grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service. Videos are only shown publicly in the Gallery if you explicitly choose to publish them, and you can withdraw them at any time.

5. AI output

AI-generated results vary and cannot be guaranteed to match expectations. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. Do not use generated videos to impersonate, defame or deceive.

6. Intellectual property

The LetsDance name, site design and dance templates are owned by Fluffy or its licensors. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
