Refund & Cancellation Policy

Purchases on LetsDance are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Unused credits

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] from your account email with the order/transaction ID (it is on your Paddle receipt and in your account page).

Partially used packs

If some credits from a pack have been used, we refund the unused portion pro rata within 14 days of purchase.

Credits already used

Credits that have been spent on a completed video are non-refundable, because the AI generation cost has already been incurred.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If it isn't, contact us and we will restore it or refund it.

Cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Paddle, normally within 5–10 business days. Contact: [email protected].
