This Privacy Policy explains what Fluffy ("we") collects when you use LetsDance (letsdance.cc) and how it is used.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
- Uploads: the photo you upload and the videos generated from it.
- Payment data: handled entirely by our merchant of record, Paddle. We never see or store your card number. We store the transaction ID, pack purchased and amount.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs for security and debugging.
2. How we use it
- To generate your videos and deliver them to your account.
- To process payments, credit your balance and prevent fraud.
- To provide support and improve the service.
We do not sell personal data and do not use your photos to train AI models.
3. Sharing
Your uploaded photo is sent to third-party AI video providers solely to generate your video. Payments are shared with Paddle. We may disclose data where required by law.
4. Public gallery
A video appears in the public Gallery only if you tick "publish to gallery". You can remove it at any time from your account.
5. Retention and deletion
Uploads and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can re-download them. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]; we delete within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
